Freecity is pleased to announce that its flagship mixed use project at 378 to 398 Pacific Highway, Crows Nest<\/strong><\/a> has received development approval, unlocking one of the most prominent metro connected opportunities on Sydney\u2019s Lower North Shore.<\/p>\n

Lodged as a State Significant Development Application (SSDA), the approval follows extensive consultation and aligns closely with the NSW Governments Transport Oriented Development (TOD)<\/a> agenda to deliver more homes in highly connected, high amenity locations.<\/p>\n

Positioned directly opposite the new Crows Nest Metro Station, the project will deliver a forty-storey-mixed use tower that brings together premium residential living, vibrant ground-floor retail and high quality commercial space.<\/p>\n

With an estimated end value of over 600 million dollars, the development includes 178 luxury residences, lifestyle and wellbeing amenity, a curated retail offering, two levels of commercial offices and basement parking. Freecity will also dedicate a 10 percent Affordable Housing Contribution, supporting the Governments broader housing objectives.<\/p>\n

Designed by COX Architecture<\/a>, the tower will offer a diverse residential mix, from well-appointed one bedroom homes to expansive four bedroom penthouses, all crafted to maximise light, views and liveability.<\/p>\n
