Hilary Apitz

Hilary Apitz has extensive experience in the property industry, specialising in large-scale Build-to-Rent, co-living and mixed-use residential developments. She has led complex planning pathways, consultant teams and project delivery across multiple precincts in both Sydney and Melbourne.

Hilary is leading the development of Freecity’s Build-to-Rent and Co-Living pipeline, including Parramatta and Rouse Hill projects. She holds a bachelor of Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney.
