How can I book or reserve a space?
Browse what’s available online and submit an application. From there, our team will walk you through everything, step by step.
Can I arrange a tour before booking?
Not yet. Our properties are still finishing construction, so in-person tours aren’t possible quite yet. Virtual tours are coming soon!
What happens once I've submitted a booking request?
We check availability, review your application, and get back to you with next steps. Don’t worry – you won’t have to chase us for updates.
Is a holding deposit or upfront payment required?
Yes. One week’s rent holds your space when you apply.
Is on-site management or support available?
Every community has on-site management. Support isn’t round the clock at every location, but our team is always contactable, and maintenance issues always get handled quickly.
Can I extend my stay if my plans change?
Often, yes. In many cases, availability is the deciding factor, so talk to us early if you think you’ll want to stay longer.
How do I confirm my reservation?
We review your application and confirm once it’s approved.
