Filomena leads sustainability, innovation and technology across Freecity’s development portfolio, driving research and new approaches that create long‑term commercial, social and environmental value.

Filomena was previously Sustainability Manager at Built Australia, delivering industry‑leading outcomes on major projects including Parramatta Square and the WSU Bankstown City Campus, and contributing to sector‑shaping research and design‑for‑disassembly frameworks. With a multidisciplinary background in architecture, sustainability and project delivery, Filomena brings extensive experience across high‑rise residential, commercial and community developments from early design through to completion.
