Jerry Huang

Jerry is the Chairman of Freecity Group, redefining urban living through modular construction, design, and community. A Zhejiang University Software Engineering graduate, he began his entrepreneurial journey in 2006 building online and mobile games. By 2012, his game became a top-selling app on Apple’s iOS Store, reaching millions worldwide.

In 2016, during a 60-day solo journey around the Australian coast, he founded the Freecity brand in South Australia. After moving to Sydney, he and his partners relaunched the Group in 2023. Jerry also leads Legacy Equity House, his family office platform aligning capital and social purpose.
