Jerry Huang

Jerry Huang co-founded Freecity Group with an ambition to redefine urban living shaped by technology and thoughtful design, with developments that are inclusive, sustainable, and built to last. A successful business leader and entrepreneur, he has over 20 years’ experience creating and launching innovative ideas and products to global markets.  

As Freecity Chairman, Jerry is committed to realising the Group’s vision “to innovate city living” by embedding his entrepreneurial approach and belief that innovation should serve people and bring them closer together. 

In addition to his position at Freecity, Jerry leads his family office, Legacy Equity House, aligning investment strategies with social purpose. Jerry holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Zhejiang University.
