Lawrence Zheng

Lawrence Zheng co-founded Freecity Group, bringing decades of experience in architecture, design, and project management across a broad range of high-profile residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. As Joint CEO of Freecity, Lawrence plays a pivotal role in shaping the Group’s innovative culture and long-term direction. He oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, guiding multidisciplinary teams across various business units, including design, construction and Space Labs – Freecity’s cutting-edge Prefabricated Volumetric Modular division.  

Lawrence holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Adelaide and is a registered architect and builder.
