Thomas Catalovski

Thomas (Tom) Catalovski is Chief Delivery Officer and leads the Freecity Construction Team. He is driven by a dual passion for people and projects, that is reflected in a 30-year track record of delivering complex mixed-use developments. Tom’s expertise in large-scale project delivery underpins his strategic management of Freecity’s development pipeline, with a focus on innovative modular building techniques that enhance efficiency and sustainability. 

Tom holds Building Licences in New South Wales and Victoria, is a Registered Building Practitioner in NSW, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building, and holds a Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) from the University of Newcastle.
