The milestone was celebrated on Tuesday with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by The Hills Shire Mayor Dr Michelle Burns and Councillor Sam Uno East Ward, project partners, stakeholders and invited guests, formally opening the estate with speeches, guided tours of the four display homes, and celebrations in the central garden.
